Black & Decker CTO4300W Perfect Broil Countertop Oven, White (Kitchen) I’ve been a Black and Decker customer for years. This is the first product that I have to recommend against. Strongly.The interior rack does not fit the interior space correctly. This means that when the rack is pulled forward after cooking, it tilts down and dumps the hot cooked food/container. It also means that if anything even slightly heavy, like something in a glass casserole dish (versus just a couple of slices of bread), is placed in the oven that the rack will simply collapse dumping the interior contents onto the bottom of the oven.The product is a disaster and HIGHLY unsafe.

Black & Decker TR1400SB 4-Slice Stainless -Steel Toaster (Kitchen) I research everything. It’s what I do. However, I got a little nuttier than usual researching a toaster. There are SO many toasters and so many reviews and such a big price range. I’m going to assume you are also researching so you’ll know what I’m talking about. It was down to this one, the egg sandwich one and the Cuisinart. And then I woke up and realized it was just a toaster and I was not going to spend a ton of money on it. So - Black and Decker won and I have been super happy. It’s quick and toasts evenly. It’s super easy to clean – even the stainless part. It looks nice. Stop wasting time reading toaster reviews. It was almost as bad as buying a mattress.

Black & Decker TROS1500 SpaceMaker Traditional Toaster Oven , White (Kitchen) My advice is to ditch the instructions, ‘I don’t need no stinking instructions’, locate the oven where you want it and make it work. None of the screws were long enough, longer metric screws are not readily available and the original attachment holes did not work with my cabnets. Drill new holes and attach to cabnet frame as necessary.Works good and saves the all important counter space by our stove.

Black & Decker CTO6301 Digital Advantage Stainless -Steel 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven (Kitchen) I’m not sure why I haven’t heard from anyone complaining about the mechanical dial-knob timer that MOST toaster ovens have – those that usually have 3 knobs in the front of the oven. They don’t work right especially when time is set to a few minutes which is what I use most for toasting bread. Either the timer ends too soon or my toast is black. I’ve to turn the timer each time to use the toast function. As the oven gets old, this timer loses its accuracy due to too much use – it’s a mechanical timer.It’s a delightful change when this unit has an electronic timer as it toasts bread to the same brownness every time. Other functions are easy to use, just press what you want to do, set the temperature if you want higher or lower temperature that it’s been set and press start. The unit does remember the last temp setting by the way if you don’t need to change. Convection is a plus.

Black & Decker T2569B 2-Slice Toaster, Black (Kitchen) I bought this toaster 6 months ago. It failed in 6 months-it went dead. While working I often had to put the toast down twice because even on the darkest setting, the toast came out barely done.

Black & Decker CTO4500S 6-Slice CounterTop Convection Oven with Pizza Bump, Stainless Steel (Kitchen) My parents bought this toaster oven for my family after our last Black & Decker‘s knobs broke & the company didn’t provide them as replacemet parts. It’s predecessor had nothing wrong with it other than I had to use plyers to use the knobs – and I think THAT would be better than this thing.My primary gripe with this toaster oven is the bottom knob showing the outline of toast, the filled-in toast & then the 10 and so-forth. When you turn that knob, it’s anyone’s guess as to how long the toaster oven will take to toast your food. It could be 10 seconds, it could be 5 minutes. The pictures are useless, and estimating where to set the knob each time yields inconsistent results. In the end, a few weeks after this was gifted to us, I went and bought a pop-up toaster from a different brand. I only use the toaster oven for anything other than toast, which needs watching anyway.
